Enchantment system

This would probably be hard to code up, but I think an enchantment system would be absolutely awesome.
Imagine this: A player would be able to enchant their weapon to have a special +1 Str counter on it, and they would then be able to wield/sell this weapon, with the counter on it. That would open up a unique player job, enchanting weapons/armor and selling them. But also have a system by which only one enchantment can be made on a charge basis, so that it would take certain tasks to replenish the charge 'bar'.
But the thing I was leading up to: Imagine that a player would be able to enchant an area and give it special qualities, like a higher monster spawn percentage, monster peaceful-ness, etc. but with levels, so that it might be possible to enchant an area of ground so awesomely that it might do something like spawn an item at intervals or something.
Finally: Just make sure that you add in some joke enchantments, like mini-teleport squares and stuff.
Afterthought: Private instances where players may fight monsters alone or with a partner,but have some disadvantages to it, so that all the players don't end up in their own instance.
One last thing: I'd really like to see a lot more items, the things people wield/wear are almost predictable now.

I am helping to get items for the dream. Also If there is going to have weapons if its going to attach to thier character that means gotta make a local for it if there is about 200 armours/weapons Its going to have a lot of species but other wise just pick it up with no one seeing it. BTW: Right now we're doing bard stuff.
